Position: Manager, Communications

Job location: Head Office


  • Develop communications strategies and annual plan and ensure implementation based on the organization’s brand guidelines
  • Manage and work effectively with a communications team to achieve desired targets and goals
  • Manage all internal and external communications ensuring accurate and consistent messaging in accordance to SAJIDA’s branding and communications strategy
  • Carry out efficient external communications activities for increased funding opportunities and awareness raising
  • Carry out internal communication activities for staff engagement, motivation and retention
  • Manage various program events for increased communication, awareness and fundraising
  • Manage development of communications material including print and electronic publications
  • Build and maintaining strong media relations
  • Ensure optimum digital media performance


  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field from reputable university
  • At least 3-5 years of proven work experience in the communications sector
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, printing and publishing skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Should demonstrate creativity and professionalism

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
