SAJIDA and Concern Worldwide inaugurated “PROSHOMON” Promoting Sustainable Health and Nutrition Opportunities for Marginalized Urban Extreme Poor Population.

To ensure sustainable health and nutritional development for the extreme poor through the implementation of “Smart Cards”, SAJIDA and Concern Worldwide inaugurated a three-year program titled “Promoting Sustainable Health and Nutrition Opportunities for Marginalized Urban Extreme Poor Population (PROSHOMON)” in Chandpur and Feni Municipalities under Chittagong Division on 11th and 19th September respectively.

Through this project, primary health and nutrition services and various other developmental services will be provided to marginalized communities in urban areas through innovative health cards. Different stakeholders including Government and NGO representatives, health professionals and officials from Concern Worldwide and SAJIDA Foundation participated at the inauguration.

Over the last 25 years SAJIDA Foundation has worked relentlessly in the health sector to ensure access to health care for marginalized communities.
