SAJIDA’s Young Professionals Program is designed to provide talented and dynamic youth the opportunity to make a difference through a fast-track career path in the development sector. The program is a great opportunity to build expertise through an immersive training experience inclusive of on-the-job training, classroom training and one-on-one mentoring.
Young Professionals are selected through a process consisting of field engagement, written examination, presentation and interviews. They receive hands-on training to equip them as future leaders and development practitioners.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent in the following disciplines: Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Communications and Media, Public Health, Computer Science and Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems. (Masters degree will be an added advantage)
- CGPA Requirement: CGPA of 3 on a scale of 4 or 3.5 on a scale of 5; First Division/Class in both SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations
