SAJIDA Foundation celebrated Victory Day a day early on 15 December 2019 throughout the organization with colours of the flag, singing patriotic songs, and revisiting the victorious moments of the country with stories and real-life experiences. The day commenced at the Head Office with the national anthem followed by the morning prayer as well as knowledge and story sharing. The day ended with more words shared on the historical events leading to the country’s victory accompanied by a documentary on the 1971 Liberation War. The day was observed and celebrated throughout the organization with similar activities as employees sang the national anthem, donned the colours of the flag, engaged in discussions, and watched the documentary to gain further knowledge and awareness on the Bangladesh’s history.
