SAJIDA Foundation hosted a special convention for all accountants as well as staff from audit, monitoring, admin and IT departments during 26-27 November, 2018, at the BRAC CDM Savar. Over a hundred participants enjoyed a cultural show, strategic discussions and presentations, raffle draw and other fun activities aimed at team building and guiding the team members in their exciting journey forward. Special guest Mr. Ranjit Kumar Sarkar, Senior Assistant Director, Microcredit Regulatory Authority, held a session focusing on best practices regarding microfinance, and celebrated actor Fazlur Rahman Babu also attended as a special guest and inspired participants with an interactive discussion. Distinguished members of SAJIDA’s senior management present at the convention included Senior Director, Development Programs, Md. Fazlul Hoque; Director of Microfinance, Md. Monerul Islam Khan; and Director of Accounts and Finance, Amiya Bhousan Bhowmik. SAJIDA’s commitment towards focusing on capacity building, motivating the staff and other needs of all its dedicated staff working tirelessly across the country to fulfill the organization’s mission is reflected by hosting different conventions.
