On 1st September, SAJIDA Foundation officially kicked off “Challenge Fund 2019”, a competitive financing facility for projects addressing a key development challenge with market-based or incentive-driven solutions facilitating breakthrough problem-solving ideas from change makers and civil society organizations, with a total investment of BDT 3.3 crore and a chance for the winner to receive BDT 1 crore in idea funding. This initiative which is a proven instrument in stimulating innovation and promote problem-solving ideas, has started off with team registrations and information dissemination by the Champions among the members of SAJIDA Foundation. The organization looks forward to a successful competition with an aim towards shaping the youth to think constructively, and gain the ability to effectively embrace challenges and provide sustainable, innovative, and technologically driven solutions.
