During September 5-8, SAJIDA Hospitals successfully completed the 2nd Phase of a 4-day training program conducted by Ms. Rimi Chakraborty, CEO of Sebannesi, Kolkata. The training was arranged with the goal to further increase nursing team efficiency through a more organized service process, focused on standard mother and child healthcare, labour room practices, OT management, as well as pre, during, and post-operative patient management.
Currently, SAJIDA Hospitals regularly call to follow-up on post-surgery patients to collect feedback and answer patient queries to reduce infection control. Additionally, discharge time has also been reduced to 30 minutes.
