On Tuesday, 3rd July, 2018, all Support Units of SAJIDA Foundation participated in a day-long “Synergy Meeting” with the theme “Team Strategies for Success”. The program was held at BRAC Centre Inn with 80 participants from SAJIDA Foundation. Participating departments included: Finance and Accounts, Admin, MIS, Capacity Building, Human Resources, IT, Communications, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Audit and Loan Review Unit. Directors, department Heads and Program Heads of SAJIDA’s core programs were also present. The teams engaged in a constructive strategic discussion regarding achievements and way forward, focusing on key issues and emerging needs of the organization and its programs.
