"I found the 'Apas' (Community Tutors) incredibly kind and supportive in teaching various subjects. Whenever I had a question, the Apas were always there to offer thorough explanations. "- Ratri, SUDIN Community Member

Ratri, a 10-year-old student studying in Class 2 at Ashraf Textile Mills High School, discovered our SUDIN community space and promptly enrolled for it. "I found the 'Apas' (teachers/helpers) incredibly kind and supportive in teaching various subjects from our textbooks. Whenever I had a question, the Apas were always there to offer thorough explanations," she said.

Beyond her regular tutoring support, the teachers provide her with opportunities to read storybooks, and on various occasions, they even allow her to watch TV, something she thoroughly enjoys, especially cartoons. Her favourite song/poem is "Head and Shoulders". Ratri also has a keen interest in drawing, a skill she honed after joining the SUDIN community space. Here, she not only learnt how to draw but also picked up the art of reciting poems, including 'PRARTHONA' by SUFIA KAMAL.

The benefits of attending SUDIN community space extend beyond academics. From the SUDIN community space, Ratri received essential supplies like a school dress, pens, and a pencil box, along with support for her school fees. These provisions have been a significant help to both her family and her. Encouraged by her family members, she eagerly looks forward to attending the SUDIN community School and holds a deep affection for the Apas/teachers.
